Andy Dodge

Business and Partnerships Manager

Andy leads engagement and strategic relationships for the Cyber Innovation Hub, driving collaborations across private, public, and third-sector organisations. His role is central to the Hub’s mission of creating 25 new Welsh cyber companies, training 1,500 people in cyber skills, and positioning South Wales as a leading UK cyber cluster by 2030.

He brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, having managed strategic partnerships at senior level across Wales and the UK. Before joining Cardiff University, Andy worked for the National Training Federation Wales on the Welsh Government’s Sector Priorities Fund Pilot (SPFP), ensuring skills provision was aligned to employer needs.

Andy also serves as Trustee, Director, and Treasurer of ASET – the UK’s leading membership organisation for work-based and placement learning – supporting over 125 higher education providers. His expertise in engagement and collaboration continues to underpin the Hub’s impact and commercial value.
