Head of Skills and Talent

Andy is a Cyber Security and Digital Forensics educator with a passion for building future talent. At the Cyber Innovation Hub, he leads on Skills and Talent, helping to design and deliver hands-on training that equips people for real-world challenges.

Alongside his role at CIH, Andy is a Senior Academic at the University of South Wales’ National Cyber Security Academy, an NCSC Gold-standard Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Education. He also serves as Chair of the Chartered Institute for IT in South Wales, where he champions digital skills and career pathways into cyber.
